If you are coming from southern Kentucky on I-75N, take the Lexington/Athens exit (Exit 104) before the confluence of I-75 and I-64. Take a left towards Lexington and continue for about 4.1 miles to Man O War Blvd. Take a left on Man O War Blvd. and go 0.9 miles to Alumni Drive. Take a right on Alumni Drive and go 3.8 miles to Nicholasville Rd. Alumni Dr. dead ends into Nicholasville Rd. just past the football stadium, which will be on your right. Take a left on Nicholasville Road and the Central Baptist Hospital complex will be on your left about 0.3 miles ahead. Directions if coming from Eastern KY on I-64:

When you reach the confluence of I-75 and I-64 just east of Lexington, follow the signs for I-75 South. Take the first exit ( Exit 110, Winchester Road, Highway 60), and turn right towards Lexington. (If you miss this exit, simply take the next exit (Exit 108, Man o War Blvd.) and take a right towards Lexington and follow the instructions as if you are coming from Southern KY described above). Continue on US 60/Winchester Rd. for 2 miles to New Circle Road (Highway 4). Take a left on New Circle Road and travel 3.3 miles to Alumni Drive. Take a right on Alumni Drive and go 3.2 miles to Nicholasville Rd. Alumni Dr. dead ends into Nicholasville Rd. just past the football stadium, which will be on your right. Take a left on Nicholasville Road and the Central Baptist Hospital complex will be on your left about 0.3 miles ahead. At the end of the ramp, take a left towards Lexington and stay on this road (this road is first called Broadway, then Harrodsburg Rd) for 4.9 miles to Waller Avenue. Just before Waller, you will pass the Lexington Clinic on your right. At the intersection of Harrodsburg Rd/ Broadway and Waller, you will see the Campbell House on your right and St. Joseph Hospital across the intersection to your left. Take a left on Waller and go 0.9 miles to Nicholasville Rd. You will be crossing some railroad tracks. Take a right on Nicholasville Rd. and go 0.7 miles to the Central Baptist Hospital complex, which will be on your left at the third light. The 1760 Building (Building C) is the first building on the right as you enter the hospital complex.

After you reach the confluence of I-75 and I-64 on the east side of Lexington, take the Newtown Pike exit- Exit 115 (KY 922 Parkway/Airport/Lexington). At the end of the ramp, take a right towards Lexington. Go 3.3 miles towards downtown Lexington to West Main Street. When you reach West Main Street, take a left. This road will curve around the Civic Center where there is a pedestrian sky bridge. After about 0.6 miles, W. Main Street becomes Vine Street as it crosses Broadway at the Civic Center. Take a right on Broadway. Continue on Broadway (which will become Harrodsburg Rd.) 1.7 miles to Waller Avenue. Just before Waller Ave., you will pass the Lexington Clinic on your right. Take the Bluegrass Parkway East until it dead ends into US 60 (Versailles Rd.) Merge onto US 60E and go 6.1 miles to New Circle Rd. (Highway 4) Take a right on New Circle Rd. (South) and go 4.4 miles to Exit 19 (Nicholasville Rd.) Take a left on Nicholasville Rd. and go 1.7 miles. The Central Baptist Hospital complex will be on your right.
