Emergencies:

We can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our phone mail system. If we have never seen you as a patient, please do not use the after hours phone mail system. If you have a medical issue which arises outside of regular business hours, please first ask yourself if it is something that can wait until the office opens again. If you feel you must speak with a physician immediately about your concern, please call the office and use the phone mail system to leave a message. Follow the prompts for "patient emergencies." You will be asked to leave a message, and the message will be heard or relayed to the on-call physician. When leaving a message, speak slowly and clearly, stating your name, the patient's name, your concern, and your contact phone number. If you think your child may need new or different medications, please leave the name of your pharmacy and your pharmacy's phone number. At the end of the message, again state your name and your phone number slowly and clearly.
